Analyzing the ecosystem in which the foundation works helps identify the expectations and the way each actor involved in this network relate to FITAM. 
The relationships between the foundation and its internal and external actors is extremely different. 

Perceived structure from the inside, from the outside and desired.

For the public, the image of the foundation competes with the image of its main festival: Santiago a Mil. However, from an internal perspective the differences are understood. 
The objective was to clarify this relationship between the festival and the foundation, by establishing clearer links with all types of actors through an easy-to-use, informative and interactive digital strategy.

Each of the sites was characterized, this helped to identity differences that had to be reflected in their structures, and translated to the solution of their technical operating problems.

It was determined that the festival's site only needed minor fixes involving usability bugs. However, the foundation's website was in need of a complete overhaul.
The following proposal was made based on the conceptual premises declared before and the proposed characterization. This wireframe, in its figurative and applied forms, give clear links to the festival site and other projects connected to the foundation while maintaining its difference.
