Through a participatory process, the team at new consultancies redefined the internal process and role of Project Managers in the context of Liquid Latam. After identifying an increasing instability of people hired in this position the branding company hired New consultants to find out what was going on and redesign the processes that were allowing this to happen.
Working throughout every team at Liquid Latam we redesigned the onboarding process PM were going through to learn the methods when involving themselves with clients and leading branding design processes.
